Strands are made:
- Diameter from 6.50 mm to 15.7 mm;
- Made of wire: — round smooth; — periodic profile (three-sided profile);
- By the number of wires in the rope (strands): — three—wire; - seven-wire;
Material: for the manufacture of strands, a wire obtained by cold drawing from high-carbon wire rod Ø5,5-10,0 mm is used. Reinforcing ropes (strands) are supplied in coils.
